As you probably (or not) have noticed, there is new art on my page!

Whaaaaa?! Holy shit, new art! Golly gee whiz, it's madness!

Yep, and in shitty smartphone camera format too! At least until I can either a.) GET SOME GODDAMN BETTER LIGHTING!, b.) Get a scanner and computer set up, or .c) Fucking join the technological era of wacom bamboo tablets and Adobe Illustrator and do some digital art for once in my goddamn life.

But yeah. I'm back. I'm sure some of you noticed I have been poking around here and there from time to time, keeping my activity log up to date, but not really posting anything. Well, that's cause i finished high school, I moved out of my home in Minnesota after a few years, got engaged, got dumped, got depressed, got jobs, lost jobs, and just overall lost motivation, because the realization I should have had when I was sixteen kicked me in the balls finally, and I realized that life is truly one big shitstorm of events that make or break both mind, body, and spirit. My love for art went spiraling down in flames for a good three years, and my overabundance of sketchbooks which are mostly at my old home, went without a single graze of lead on the pages.

But after all the above had happened, I supposed I should give it one last go before I give up entirely. Cause good ol' Muse has been fighting harder than I have to try and keep the tiny ember lit, bless his imaginary heart. So, excuse the shitty uploads, but I guess we will see if this account gets a final shot, or gets deleted for good.

Cause really... What's the point of having this damn thing if I'm not gonna use it? All it is to me is a collection of reeeeeally bad memories right now. And I'm going to try and rectify that fact and move on. So, enjoy some fresh meat from yours truly.

Yes, I am back, I've not really felt much need to really post a journal, 'cause life's just been neutral for me. But there is one thing I do wish to bring across to you all, and that is... *cue fanfare*

COMMISSIONS!

I've started getting the insatiable itch for money, and since I'm unable to get a job right now (due to specific circumstances), I'm going to take a shot at comissions. I've not the proper payment setup yet, because I have yet to get a bank account and paypal to go with it, but once I get one set up, I'll figure out prices.

Now, a question for my watchers...

Do you guys think my art would be comission-worthy? I have yet to do digital art, BUT I AM CURRENTLY LEARNING. I'm taking a digital art class, and I'm taking a regular art class, so I'm covered on all fronts. But tell me what you think, is my work worthy to be comissioned, should I tweak my style, use different mediums? Give me tips and tricks, 'cause I'm a total n00b at this.

To those of you who have watched me because I owe you an art trade, I apologize deeply, but I haven't had the motivation, nor the time to do anything with them. My brain has completely fried I think. And school started for me last week, so I have that to worry about all the work from there now. But for those who haven't gotten their trades yet, I DO HAVE YOUR NAMES WRITTEN DOWN ON A PHYSICAL LIST. So I DO know of who I owe trades to, but for the moment, I can't get to them. Even if school work let up, my motivation's been shot. (Methinks my artistic fire is starting to die).

But TL;DR, I will get to them, and ultimately if bad goes to worse, I may message some of you telling you I can't complete the trade. Again, my apologies.
